L'AME IMMORTELLE

Sonja Kraushofer Sonja Kraushofer was born on Nov. 6th,1978 in the sign of Scorpio in Baden near Vienna/ Austria. Even when she was a little child her love for arts was supported by her family. She received piano and ballet lessons and at the age of 16 she finally started to take singing lessons although she always wanted to become a dancer, After graduating from highschool she studied canto, dance and performing arts at the "Hochschule für Musik und darstellende Kunst" (University of Music and Performing Arts) in Vienna. In summer 2000 she graduated from university as a Musical performer and thus her hobby became her profession. At the tender age of 17 the ardent singer joined the band. Meanwhile she is not only the female vocalist of L`Âme immortelle but also expresses herself by arranging the stage performances and artworks. Since summer 2001 Sonja also has her own Solo-Band. Together with Martin Höfert (SOPOR AETERNUS) she is head of the band PERSEPHONE. Thomas Rainer Born on Feb. 8th, 1979 (Aquarius, ascendent Scorpio), Thomas Rainer already showed an amazing enthusiasm and talent for music very early in his life. 5 years of piano lessons with a renowned Portuguese piano teacher and a 3-years of Bass guitar education with one of the best Jazz bass players in Austria merged togehter with his passion for music provided the basis for his function as the composer and male singer of L'Âme immortelle. Furthermore, he studied three years at the "Fachhochschule für wirtschaftsberatende Berufe" (University of apllied sciences for Buisness Consultancy) where he acquired a profound economic education which was the fundament for his work as the manager of L`Âme immortelle until 2003. In summer 1996 Thomas Rainer founded L`Âme immortelle together with Hannes Medwenitsch, who left the band in summer 2002, in order to realise his vision of creating emotional and genuine music beyond stylistic boundaries. Besides his activities with L´Âme immortelle Thomas operates h
